The OG Japanese milk buns in Indonesia.

Mad MILK began in 2020, when Viona Valencia and James Rahardja baked Japanese milk bread from a home kitchen during the pandemic — one pre-order at a time. They thought they'd sell five loaves a day; it went viral, and soon it was a hundred. Before the trend, before the copies, there was mad MILK.

From that home oven grew a flagship in Pantai Indah Kapuk and stores across Jakarta — now baking close to a thousand loaves a day. We still bake the same way: premium ingredients, consistent quality, every single day. Made to be shared — at every household, in every moment.
